honey puff krispies

Ingredients:
1.5 cup tahini butter
4 cups honey rice puffs
2 cups sunflower seed
2 cups dried cranberries
2 cups dried apricots
2 cups agave nectar
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup semi sweet choc chips

Directions:
1. pour all ingredients together in large bowl
2. get the dried apricots and put in food processor until like semi-paste
3. mix together adding until become a very sticky thick mix
4. preheat oven to 350
5. push together in a tight square and cut into smaller rectangles before baking
6. bake for 20 minutes
7. chill in refrigerator to harden

I craved a different taste and texture from my sunflower seed energy bar, so this time i used tahini butter, honey puffs, and apricots to add to the flavor. I had never tried Tahini Butter before and i have to say it was interesting. it didnt have much taste to it but it worked out well in the energy bar. they tasted like a healthier version of a rice krispies bar :)
