Ingredients:
1.5 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp cinnamon
4 bananas
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup vegan butter
3/4 cup soy milk
Directions:
1. heat oven to 350 deg
2. mash up bananas and add to dry mix
3. mix ingredients together
4. bake for 40 minutes
These were probably the best muffins i had made. they were crispy on top and really gooey in the middle. yayy! muffins were a success :)
