im coco for some choco chips!




Ingredients:

40 saltine crackers
1 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of applesauce
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
3/4 cup of hazelnut milk
1/4 cup of agave nectar
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 cup of stevia
1 tbs of corn starch
1 tbs pure cocoa powder
1/2 cup dark choc chips
1/4 cup earth balance

Directions:
preheat oven to 350 deg
1. crush saltine crackers into fine pieces
2. mix in oats, applesauce, and the rest of the ingredients.
3. fold in the oil and milk until it becomes a dough
4. spread out in cooking tin
5. bake for 24 minutes

My parents absolutely love these...they were soo chocolate-ty and amazzzinnng...I love stevia and earth balance!

    BTW, how are you doing with all those food allergies?
    You seem to be able to make interesting things from some unique ingredients.
