Ingredients:
1 cup non fat yogurt
4 tbs cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup agave
1/3 cup stevia
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut
1/3 cup semi sweet choc chips
Crust ingredients:
1/2 cup earth balance
3 tbs stevia
1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp dark molasses
Directions:
1.preheat oven to 350 deg f
2. mix crust ingredients together
3. make shells into the muffin tins
4. bake for 20 minutes or until golden
5. mix the yogurt, vanilla, agave, maple syrup, cocoa powder,choc chips, and stevia all together
6. take the shells out of oven and then pour the filling into the shells
7. sprinkle on the coconut and chocolate chips
8. stick in freezer until frozen
These were perfect for eating in hot weather. instantly cooled me downn sooo yummy. i love froyo..i think im slightly addicted haha :)
