Ingredients
3/4 cup earth balance
1/4 cup stevia
1 tbs of dark molasses
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup soy milk
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1 cup raisins
3 cups rolled or quick cooking oatmeal
1. preheat oven to 350 deg
2. in a separate bowl, beat the sugar, margarine, vanilla, and cinnamon till smooth and fluffy
3. add the flour, oats, soda, salt, and the soy milk
4. drop the balls of dough unto the sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
5. enjoy!
These were sooo yummmmy...soft, chewy, cinnamon-ny and tastes just like the good ole days...
