stress baking

ugh its the week before finals. when im stressed, i bake haha.
i had these box of saltine crackers lying around and i saw directions for maccarroons. It was REALLY easy.
30 saltine crackers
4 spoonfuls of applesauce
a package of sweetened coconut flakes
1 cup of soy milk
handful of dark chocolate, cranberries, and toffee

1. crush the saltine crackers into really fine pieces
2. pour the coconut, applesauce, chocolate, cranberries, toffee, and soy milk in and mix it
3. put on baking sheet
4. preheat oven to 450
5. bake for 20 min
6. cool down and ENJOY!!

and again, these cookies are dairy, egg free :)

  4. ahaha yeah there was no way i was gonna eat ALL of those saltine crackers. that was like a jumbo box!
