sinless chocolate



vegan brownies:

2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1/4 cup stevia
1 cup agave nectar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup soy milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup of dark choc chips

1. preheat oven to 350 deg
2. mix all in a bowl
3. bake for 25 min
4. let cool for 10 min before cutting into squares

These were one of the best tasting choc goodness i have ever eaten! they werent as fluffy as a brownie but were more like a denser choc cake...sooo good...and when u eat it when its warm, the chocolate chips just meltttt in your mouth.. yummmm

  3. brownies that taste like chocolate cake is a good thing. I've seen some recipes use unsweetened chocolate squares in place of the cocoa powder. Makes them taste more like chocolate, which in itself it a good thing too.
