Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
2 1/2 tbs ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tbs molasses
1/4 cup soy milk
1/3 cup stevia
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. mix all ingredient together
2. scoop into 1 inch balls
3. slightly press down with spoon
4. bake in in a preheated oven for 15 minutes
The cookies came out a little dry… ihtink i may add some vegan butter or some more oil..but overall they tasted pretty good :)
