Ingredients:
½ cup non-dairy milk
1/6 maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups shredded coconut
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp molasses
1/3 cup stevia
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients in large bowl
2. roll into 1 inch balls and press slightly onto cookie sheet
3. bake for 25 minutes, or until slightly golden
4. melt chocolate and dip macaroons in it
This was suppppppper easy to make and it doesnt even taste vegan :)
