Ingredients:
4 tsp baking powder
2 tbs cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/8 cup molasses
1/4 cup maple syruip
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup soymilk
1 apple cut into small cubes
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups flour
Directions:
mix all ingredients together and put into pan. bake in 350 deg for 35 minutes
These didnt come out that sweet, so if u have a sweeter tooth, then add more sugar...but for a nice change of pace, i liked the bread to be not too sweet. :)
