plain shirt recon

so i had this old grey shirt that i got a lonngggg time ago, and i was getting kind of sick of it because it was so plain. so i did a little bit of changing up. I added the black fringe on the shoulders making it like shoulder pads and put some floral fabric in the middle. pretty easy recon job...took me less than 30 minutes to do.

egg free dairy free cookies!!!

I absolutely LOVE LOVE baked goods..but its hard for me to eat them because of my allergies :(...I am allergic to dairy and eggs among ALOT of other things. But with the very helpful tip from my friend, i made these egg free dairy free cookies. They are super healthy as well cuz they are made from oat and soy flour so they have a little bit of protein goodness in them as well. Instead of using butter, i used bananas and instead of using eggs, i used applesauce.

One batch i made with dark chocolate chips and toffee, and the other batch i went a little crazayy and made cranberry, coconut, macadamia nut, cinnamon cookies. they turned out a little more bready than what i had hoped for, but still had good flavor.

RECIPE:

Ingredients:
1/3 cup soy flour
2/3 cup oat flour
3 bananas
1/2 cup of splenda (or sugar)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup of applesauce
1/4 tsp of baking soda

Directions

1. pour the sugar and peel the bananas into a bowl and mix them together. mash the bananas till they look like melted butter
2. mix in the flour, vanilla extract, applesauce and baking soda (if you are making the cranberry ones, they mix in some cinnamon. i didnt measure it but just pour it as much as u want)
3. mix in the cranberries, coconut, chocolate, toffee whatever u want
4. put in the pan
5. preheat oven to 350 and bake for 12 min
6. cool for 5

yay for dairy free/egg free baked goods!!!
